Responsibilities
Strategic Alliance Development: Identify and cultivate partnerships with companies offering complementary technologies, services, or market access. This includes tech platforms providing analytics, customer relationship management, or operational efficiency tools.
Integration Oversight: Lead the integration process between Leap’s systems and those of our partners, ensuring that these integrations deliver enhanced value to our users through improved functionality or data-driven insights.
Market Expansion: Utilize partnerships to break into new markets or increase penetration in existing ones. Develop strategies to leverage partner networks for broader product distribution, enhanced marketing efforts, and lead generation.
Contract Negotiation and Management: Engage in high-level negotiations to establish partnership terms beneficial to Leap. Manage all aspects of partnership agreements from contract execution to compliance and renewal.
Revenue Synergy: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to create joint offerings or promotions that drive sales and increase customer lifetime value through partner-enabled solutions.
Industry Representation: Act as Leap’s ambassador in industry events, enhancing our brand through strategic networking and public speaking, highlighting the benefits of our partnership ecosystem.
Performance Tracking: Define and monitor key performance indicators for partnerships, ensuring they meet or exceed financial and strategic objectives.
Team Building and Leadership: Lead and expand the partnerships team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and strategic foresight.

Required
10+ years experience in developing partnerships within tech or SaaS sectors, particularly in fields relevant to Leap’s operational focus.
Capability to foresee industry trends and craft partnership strategies that position Leap as a market leader.
Skilled in negotiating complex deals that align with long-term business goals.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and guiding teams towards achieving collective targets.
Excellent at articulating the value of partnerships to internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
