Responsibilities

Leading a technology healthcare payments and revenue cycle management consulting practice of $5M-$10M revenue for a complex product mix.

Client Engagement and Relationship Management, forming trusted advisor relationships and driving successful outcomes.

Providing leadership and guidance for a team of 20 consultants; fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Providing training and mentorship to team members supporting their professional growth and development.

Collaborate with product/sales/support teams effectively, in a highly matrixed organization.

Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to prevent negative impacts on project outcomes.

Drive continuous improvement and efficiency measures to maximize margins.

Required

Significant relevant experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue, margin and utilization goals.

In-depth knowledge of healthcare payments and revenue cycle management products including industry needs and best practices.

Experience managing, leading and delivering complex professional services

Track record with a subscription-based business model, delivering on-premises and SaaS solutions.

Strong leadership abilities with experience engaging with end-client’s executive team.

Proven ability to mentor, grow, and motivate talent.

Demonstrated solution-oriented mindset, organizational skills, attention to detail, and disciplined execution.

Exceptional people skills and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
