Responsibilities

Own all territories and revenue with the help of a full-time BDR direct report & a close working relationship with marketing.
Represent a top brand in the fast-growing virtual sales and enablement space.
Develop and execute strategy, build & execute creative campaigns, and innovate new ways to go to market.
Outperform goals and carry new initiatives into the light in weeks instead of quarters.
Drive fast revenue growth with goals of double-digit year/year revenue growth, customer retention and ACV.
Sell services + subscriptions to Revenue and Enablement Leaders.
Access multiple products and service packages to sell and create and price new solutions from a large library of products and services.
Build GTM strategy including ICP targeting, multi-channel marketing campaign creation, and well-defined goals, milestones and KPI’s to measure success.
Sales process + pipeline + activity/KPI alignment including experience creating gap plans and adjusting KPI’s for real-time response to market conditions.
Creative integrated marketing + sales campaigns.
Social media strategies and how they impacted sales.
Inbound sales strategy definition, execution, and results.
Defining and measuring success for more junior sales team members.
Quickly learn new products and translating their value to multiple markets.
Close large services and/or licensing deals to revenue or enablement leaders.
Close multi-year contracts.
Nurture and renew customer contracts.
Execute referral campaigns.

Required

3 years outbound virtual B2B sales experience
3 years sales management / leadership experience
3 years P&L, budget, or profitability ownership experience
3 years advanced CRM setup and usage (Hubspot preferred)
3 years strategy sales / marketing strategy ownership experience
3 years digital sales (vs. face to face) experience
2 years partnering with or managing Marketing
2 years partnering with or managing Customer Success
2 years working in, selling to, or partnering with Enablement or Revenue leaders
2 years service sales and license sales experience
Delivering executive presentations, communication, presence
Network of Revenue or Enablement leaders
Experience in at least 2 industries as we serve multiple
