Required
10+ years of experience in RCM, with a deep understanding of dental billing, claims processing, and insurance operations.
Demonstrated ability to lead geographically dispersed teams, inspiring performance and fostering growth.
Experience building RCM functions, with a knack for problem-solving and innovation.
A track record of driving measurable improvements in revenue and operational efficiency.
Proficiency with RCM technologies and analytics tools; familiarity with dental-specific systems is a plus.
