Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the education and edtech market, targeting key decision-makers at universities, colleges, and K-12 institutions.
Business Development: Identify, qualify, and close strategic partnerships with educational institutions to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, including CIOs, CTOs, and provosts, to understand their unique needs and position Infocion as a trusted advisor.
Solution Selling: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver customized data and AI solutions that address the specific challenges and opportunities faced by educational institutions.
Sales Team Leadership: Mentor and coach a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue goals and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Required
10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within the education and edtech industry, with a focus on data and AI solutions.
A strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing educational institutions, including data management, analytics, and AI.
The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at educational institutions.
A solid understanding of data engineering, advanced analytics, and AI concepts.
The ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
