Responsibilities
Create and execute Lightspeed’s strategy to grow B2B sales of premium headsets in the U.S. market – 70%
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients while acquiring deep understanding of their buying influences – 15%
Manage the international aviation headset dealer network – 5%
Manage the 3rd party global network of helmet manufactures and integrators that use Lightspeed’s Active Noise Reduction (ANR) kits for helmets – 5%
Partner with the internal marketing team to create sales enablement tools and lead generation opportunities – 5%

Required
10+ years in sales and business development in the aviation industry with demonstrated sales and profit growth
Must possess a Pilot’s License
Bachelor’s degree
Brilliant communication, critical thinking, and planning skills
U.S. citizenship
Preferred
