Responsibilities
Cultivate, motivate, and drive strong consultative selling culture throughout the organization by building up and maintaining teams knowledge and expertise
Hire, train, develop, and inspire top sales talent to support the strategic needs of the organization and ensure the successful attainment of all sales objectives and company initiatives.
Establish effective sales strategies, goals and objectives.
Build aggressive KPIs to hold all teams accountable in driving results.
Able to create sales reports, interpret the data, and deliver a story that drives additional sales.
Develop and make critical decisions required to achieve sales objectives.
Create an environment that fosters communication, collaboration, coordination, and productivity.
Partners with Marketing to enhance sales strategies, communications, and messaging.
Partner with IT to drive efficiency through process enhancements through business optimization projects
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop partnerships with other key disciplines to ensure company resources are focused to maximize marketplace opportunities.
Understand the target markets, industries, and market strategies that will be effective in each.
Identify product improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Required
Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field.
5-7 years of leading sales or business development at a director level or higher, with a track record of successful account development in high growth settings.
Previous experience in DME, medical device, VA, workers compensation, and reimbursement is essential.
Strong leadership, including collaboration, conflict resolution, real-time decision-making, high-performance expectations and capability of inspiring the team to meet them.
Experienced at representing the commercial function at the senior leadership committee, as well as being an active contributor.
Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of business plans and strategies.
Experience in dealing with issues on an international basis: understanding of the North American and international landscape.
Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational, and personal negotiation skills.
Proficiency in mainstream business applications (Microsoft, etc.).
Preferred
MBA preferred.
NetSuite CRM experience a plus.
