Proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly in the automation of business processes and data management
Deep understanding of the market
Data-driven and analytical approach to sales optimization
Adept at building and developing a top-tier sales team
Focus on industry and solution domain knowledge
Experience in evolving sales teams to SaaS models

Strong financial acumen and operational rigor

Consultative and participative management style
