Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
Identify new market opportunities, trends, and customer needs within the furniture and home furnishing sectors.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and partners.
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to exceed individual and team goals.

Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall brand objectives.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to drive loyalty and repeat business.
Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to the executive team.
Leverage data analytics to refine sales processes and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles within the furniture, home furnishing, or related product industries.
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, market expansion, and managing complex sales cycles.
Proven track record of leading and scaling sales teams.
Strong strategic planning and business development skills.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in sales tools, CRM platforms, and data analysis.
Deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior in the furniture and home furnishing sectors.
Ability to work collaboratively across functions and inspire team alignment toward common goals.
