Required
10+ years of sales/business development and leadership experience, with clear progression to senior roles
Enterprise sales and SaaS experience
Experience managing and developing a team
Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with other team
Strategic thinking skills
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Preferred
Experience working in a startup company environment a plus
