Responsibilities

Sales: Drive customer acquisition initiatives, including identifying new customers, developing sales channels, optimizing lead generation processes, engaging with prospective customers, and closing business.
Sales Strategy: Provide feedback to the Chief Growth Officer based on intel and perceptions you observe that may shape the sales and marketing efforts of the company. Work closely with marketing to nurture leads and convert qualified leads into booked sales.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments to promote sales and effectively build brand awareness
Thought Leadership: Represent MedPower as a thought leader in digital learning and performance improvement for quality, safety, and experience through networking and industry events.
Customer Resources Management (CRM): Populate and maintain the CRM to ensure accurate forecasting models, lead generation, pipeline management, and contracting accuracy.

Required

Sales experience required
Knowledge of healthcare performance improvement solutions such as Press Ganey, Vizient, or related experience as it pertains to quality, safety, and experience in a hospital setting
A team player who works effectively in support of individual, divisional and company-wide objectives
Exceptional verbal, written, and video communication skills
Ability for limited travel

Preferred

Proficiency in CRM software solutions
