Responsibilities
Lead and Inspire: Guide a team of Enterprise and Regional Sales Hunters for Enterprise Cloud Infrastructure, offering mentorship and support to help them exceed targets and win more net-new business.
Performance Excellence: Set clear performance expectations and provide the resources, training, and tools necessary to exceed Sales Quota goals.
Foster a High-Performance Culture: Cultivate a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
Coaching and Development: Conduct regular one-on-one sessions to provide feedback, tackle challenges, help close deals, build pipeline, and uncover growth opportunities.
Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success—to align sales strategies and enhance overall business success.
Market Penetration: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to build new markets, drive customer acquisition, and boost market share in Cloud Infrastructure.
Channel and Partner co-selling: Leverage established relationships with our Value-Added-Reseller partners including: AHEAD, CDW, Insight, Presidio, SHI, Softchoice, Technologent, and Trace3.
Strategic Alliance Marketplaces: Build strategic relationships with Microsoft, AWS, and Google Cloud to accelerate new client migration to Hybrid Cloud.
Sales Excellence: Monitor sales performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and implement action plans to meet and exceed targets.
Hands-On Engagement: Be a player-coach who actively participates in deals, guiding Regional Sales Managers through the closing process.
Hiring and Promotion: You are constantly building solid relationships with other high-performing Sales Reps in the Western States and will be able to attract them to your new team at Nasuni as you expand the territory.

Required
7+ Years in Sales, SaaS, and Cloud Infrastructure.
A proven track record of your own Cloud Infrastructure Sales success, plus leading high-performing sales teams for at least 2 years, as a Senior Manager, Director, or Associate Vice-President of Sales.
A self-starter with a high sense of urgency who thrives in fast-paced companies disrupting legacy industries.
Demonstrated success in the Cloud Infrastructure and SaaS space, particularly in Enterprise Storage, Backup, Recovery, Ransomware, Observability, Security, or adjacent Digital Transformation technology.
Ability to motivate and empower your team to earn annual President's Club Trips, while providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented focus.
Expertise in MEDDPICC, with the ability to coach your team effectively and help them exceed closed-won goals.
