Responsibilities
Develop and implement forward-thinking sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals, ensuring a strong presence in the EV charging market.
Establish and nurture relationships with enterprise clients, charge point operators (CPOs), municipalities, utilities, and commercial partners.
Identify emerging opportunities in the EV charging and renewable energy space, positioning the company as a trusted leader.
Lead high-value deal negotiations from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Partner with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, and Engineering, to deliver market-leading EV solutions aligned with customer needs.
Represent the company as a thought leader, leveraging deep industry knowledge to stay ahead of trends, policies, and competitive landscapes.
Build and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Required
Minimum of 10 years of experience in EV charging, renewable energy, or related fields, with a proven track record in technology infrastructure or energy solutions sales.
Expertise in selling to B2B clients, real estate developers, fleet operators, and public sector organizations, with a robust network in these markets.
Demonstrated success in leading sales teams to exceed targets and closing high-value, multi-million-dollar deals.
Strong knowledge of EV charging policies, incentives, and regulatory frameworks across the U.S., particularly on the West Coast.
Exceptional strategic thinking, team-building, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
Preferred
Familiarity with EV charging hardware, software platforms, and energy management systems is a strong plus.
