Responsibilities
Responsible for all business development activities in US for multiple verticals in the entire region with delivery centers across the globe.
Development: responsible for driving revenues from the assigned markets (near shore and offshore) across the entire opportunity management cycle.
Client delivery assurance: ensure that the projects are executed according to client expectations within the parameters of the terms of contract in conjunction with internal & external stake holders.
Taking Go-to-market solutions: work closely with the Solutions Leader to build customized solutions pitches for the target account and driving the revenues and delivery of these solutions to the account scope.
Responsibility of negotiations of Agreements with the client's in conjunction with other stake holders.
Driving sales initiatives to achieve set goals. Responsible for sales with focus on maximizing revenues in a timely, reliable and consistent basis, accurately forecast annual, quarterly revenue streams and actively manage all aspects of the sales cycle.
Implementing sales promotions as a part of market development effort.
Evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets.

Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven track record in business development and sales management
Experience in managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management
Ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
Experience in developing go-to-market strategies and customized solutions
Strong analytical skills to forecast revenue streams and manage sales cycles
Experience in market segmentation and penetration strategies
