Responsibilities
Develop and manage new business opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle. Maintain a robust deal pipeline toward targeted potential accounts to continually grow new business.
Work with executive and C-level decision-makers to develop long term strategic relationships.
Coordinate with global marketing and sales enablement to prepare and deliver powerful, persuasive presentations that effectively demonstrate the value of ULX services and solutions.
Evangelist for the ULX brand, representing the company at key conferences and professional events.
Collaborate with operations and client engagement services to ensure successful new client onboarding.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 8 years work experience.
3+ years of experience selling SaaS-based solutions within a legal arena including eDiscovery, Litigation, Regulatory, and the like is required.
Passion for enterprise transformation, strong interest in technology and how it is impacting today’s legal departments and organizations.
Dynamic, persuasive, presence with outstanding communication skills.
Success-oriented, self-motivated, resilient, resourceful operator.
Strong problem-solving skills and skilled at working effectively with matrixed, cross-functional teams.
Excellent collaboration skills to build relationships within the Litigation team as well as with other company stakeholders and third parties.
Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives while working in a fast-paced, global environment.
Preferred
For certain roles, priority will be given to candidates who have contacts in and the ready ability to conduct sales meetings in specific geographies.
