Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers to foster innovation and collaboration.
Oversee recruitment, development, and retention of top engineering talent.
Establish clear objectives and performance metrics for the engineering team.
Collaborate with the Product Lead to define and prioritize product features and deliverables.
Ensure the team delivers high-quality, scalable software solutions on time and within budget.
Drive adoption of best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.
Develop and manage the engineering department's budget aligned with company financial goals.
Work with Finance team to monitor and control expenses for cost-effective resource use.
Develop and implement a long-term technical strategy aligned with company goals.
Prepare and deliver technical progress presentations to senior management, prospects, and clients.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support departments.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of managing and scaling engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong technical background with expertise in .NET technologies; Golang and React is a plus.
Expertise in cloud computing and related technologies, particularly AWS (Amazon Web Services).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Problem-solving aptitude with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
