Responsibilities
Identify, lead, and execute strategic, transformational, and growth initiatives developed in conjunction with the senior team (e.g., pricing, cost savings, cross-selling initiatives, new service lines, etc.).
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Work with functional leaders to identify, maintain and prioritize a pipeline of opportunities to drive growth, efficiency and productivity across the company.
Lead and oversee the execution of change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational structures
Foster alignment and gain support for strategic initiatives through presentations/discussions across the Company, in Board Meetings and other company-wide forums
Build consensus and ensure cross functional dependencies are identified to drive outcomes and achieve targeted results
Provide direct oversight of key projects as designated by the CEO

Required
10+ years of experience leading global strategic initiatives in complex organizations.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Solid business acumen, ideally with previous experience in manufacturing focused businesses and/or private equity ownership.
Expertise in financial modeling and analytical thinking with acute attention to detail accuracy.
Strong problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent judgment and discretion; high integrity.
Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner to managers and executives.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
In-depth knowledge of best practices and emerging trends in global business transformation.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and diplomacy.
Prior experience in multi-faceted, strategically orientated chief of staff, strategy, PMO, or corporate development roles.
A track record of initiative delivery preferably in a multi business unit or private equity environment.
Experience and ability to model and synthesize complex financial analysis, operational and KPI data into concise presentations and decision framework.
Demonstrated experience as successful influential leader across matrix teams.
Proficient in MS Office Suite; highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred
MBA preferred.
Experiences involving acquisitions, sale processes and international operations are a plus.
