Responsibilities

Develop and execute a technology roadmap in alignment with company goals, focusing on innovation, efficiency, and quality in AI data labeling services.

Lead and inspire a team of product managers, engineers, and technical leaders across global locations, including onshore and offshore teams.

Partner closely with other business unit leaders and cross-functional partners to align technology initiatives with business needs.

Oversee product management for new and existing AI data labeling products, ensuring alignment with market trends, client demands, and technological advancements.

Establish and refine processes that promote agility, innovation, and operational efficiency within development and product teams.

Serve as a technology advisor, staying current with AI and data labeling advancements to guide strategy and innovation.
