Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive technology project and portfolio management strategy in alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
Lead the evaluation, prioritization, and management of technology project portfolios, ensuring efficient resource allocation and optimal project outcomes.
Oversee and manage a team of project managers to successfully execute all necessary and approved projects in the portfolio.
Collaborate with department heads and project teams to ensure project goals and growth initiatives are integrated seamlessly into daily operations.
Allocate resources, including budget and talent, to support projects and growth efforts effectively.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on the progress of projects, portfolio management, and growth initiatives to the executive team and board of directors.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects and growth initiatives.
Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of project professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Manage the enterprise IT budget for the Project and Portfolio Management department, ensuring fiscal responsibility and accountability.
Continually improve our project and portfolio management processes, from intake to project execution and closeout.

Required
Bachelor's degree in a technology related field
Proven experience as a senior leader in project and M&A management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex technology projects on time
Prefer at least two cycles of PM leadership over complex ERP implementations
15+ years of experience implementing systems in a global manufacturing environment
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma)
Proficiency in the use of project management software and tools
Demonstrated ability to drive change within an organization
Preferred
Master's degree or MBA
Experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing industry
PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant certifications
