Responsibilities
Manage and dispatch customer service technicians to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
Expand and strengthen the customer support team by hiring and developing top talent.
Oversee the implementation of ELOKON product solutions for North American Fortune 1,000 customers.
Ensure seamless coordination and execution of large-scale, multi-site rollouts.
Liaise with ELOKON Germany to handle all supply chain-related topics, including product forecasting and ensuring timely delivery to North American customers.
Oversee internal case management and communication of resolutions to customers.
Lead and manage the finance and purchasing teams to ensure fiscal responsibility and operational efficiency.
Oversee HR and recruitment to attract, retain, and develop top talent, aligning team growth with business needs.
Address the growing pains of a rapidly expanding organization by implementing process improvements across all operations.
Deploy digital solutions and platforms to enhance customer loyalty, reduce costs, and strengthen team cohesion.
Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, driving initiatives that align with ELOKON Inc.’s growth objectives.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the organization.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within the safety technology, material handling, or industrial services.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence in a high-growth environment.
Strong understanding of supply chain management, customer support operations, finance and project implementation.
Experience with digital transformation initiatives and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with international teams and customers.
Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
Will work out of their home office.
Must be able to travel up to 40% as the position requires.
Must hold a valid passport.
Preferred
Advanced degree preferred.
