Responsibilities
Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company's overall operational strategy, aligning with the company's vision and growth objectives.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
Foster a culture of capability, safety, quality, and accountability throughout the organization.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring efficient and effective execution.
Provide leadership and guidance to Project Executives, Project Managers, Superintendents, and other field personnel.
Review and approve project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
Monitor project progress and proactively address any potential risks or challenges.
Build and lead a high-performing team of project management and field operations professionals.
Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and advance their careers.
Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication, transparency, and responsiveness.
Oversee the development and management of operational budgets.
Monitor project financial performance and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with subcontractors and suppliers.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree (preferred).
Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex construction projects.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
Experience in managing field operations, including superintendents and craft workers.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen.
Deep understanding of construction processes, methods, and technologies.
Expertise in project management principles and practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Proficient in construction management software and tools.
Preferred
