Responsibilities

Develop and implement a sales strategy that establishes Triyam as a leader in the EHR archiving space, aligning with Access' long-term vision and goals.
Prepare and provide monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics related to Triyam sales teams by leveraging and improving upon existing sales operations capabilities.
Develop annual plans and measures to achieve the objectives of Triyam; apply team, company, and budget resources to deliver excellent results, adapting to external events and the environment.
Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, setting clear objectives and KPIs to drive revenue growth.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and client satisfaction within the sales function.
Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Provide guidance, training, and professional development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and capabilities.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes creativity and excellence.
Continually innovate the way we do product sales, including with the use of technology; seek and embrace best practices.

Required

10+ years of experience in healthcare IT enterprise sales
Proven track record of building and mentoring world-class software sales teams
Demonstrated success growing and scaling a commercial software sales organization
Experience developing and executing multi-channel sales strategies
Strong understanding of EHR archiving solutions and their value propositions for healthcare providers
Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
