Responsibilities
Technical Leadership : Translate the product roadmap and vision into technical requirements with a focus on future goals.
System Development : Efficiently build scalable, maintainable, and secure systems using our core technology stack: Angular, Node.js, Nest.js, Python, and MongoDB.
Collaboration : Work closely with the Product team to ensure engineering efforts align with business objectives.
Mentorship : Act as a lead for major engineering efforts and mentor junior software engineers as the team grows.
Strategic Decision-Making : Support build vs. buy decisions and contribute to innovation initiatives.
Versatility : Wear many hats by being an individual contributor, mentor, collaborator, and innovator.

Required
+ 8+ years of software development experience building mobile and web applications.
+ 2+ years of experience building healthcare patient & provider workflow products.
+ 2+ years of experience leveraging AI technologies in application development, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Experience products with Generative AI capabilities.
+ Proficiency in Angular, Node.js, Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Experience with relational and non-relational databases, data modeling, and data management tools such as SQL, Postgres, and MongoDB.
Solid understanding of FHIR® standards and implementing interoperable solutions in healthcare.
+ Experience managing and working with external engineering teams.
Fluent in software development best practices, including testing, code reviews, and continuous integration and delivery.

Effective Communicator: Proficient in various communication settings—one-on-one, small and large groups, and among diverse styles and position levels.
