Responsibilities

Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) and performance marketing campaigns.
Apply storytelling techniques, transitions, and motion graphics to enhance video quality and engagement.
Repurpose existing content to create platform-specific videos optimized for performance and audience preferences.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPI, engagement rates, and retention rates.
Test variations of videos (e.g., different hooks, CTAs, and formats) to maximize campaign performance.
Analyze data from A/B testing and audience feedback to refine editing strategies and improve results.
Partner with the creative team to brainstorm new concepts for ad creatives and organic social content.
Stay updated on trends in social media and digital marketing to inform creative direction.
Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines and maintain a high-quality standard.
Adapt edits based on feedback and rapidly iterate on concepts to meet deadlines.

Required

Proven experience in video editing for social media and/or performance marketing.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their video specifications.
Knowledge of performance marketing principles and the ability to interpret campaign data to drive creative decisions.
Creativity and storytelling skills with a focus on engaging audiences within the first 3 seconds of a video.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Preferred

Experience with basic animation or motion graphics.
Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of audience segmentation and targeting strategies in digital advertising.
