Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the sales operations of the virtual agency, driving life insurance sales to meet and exceed targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and client acquisition
Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth and new business development
Recruit, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of life insurance agents
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that emphasizes professional growth and success
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team members' product knowledge, sales techniques, and technical skills
Set clear performance goals and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement
Navigate and manage multiple systems and tools, including CRM platforms, sales applications, and insurance software
Streamline workflows and processes to ensure operational efficiency
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to optimize the virtual agency’s performance
Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing tailored solutions
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Analyze sales metrics and operational data to identify challenges and implement effective solutions
Leverage critical thinking skills to address complex client and team-related scenarios proactively

Required
Proven experience in life insurance sales (3+ years) and agency management
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience leading remote teams preferred
Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems, insurance software, and other digital tools
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes
Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced virtual environment
