Responsibilities

Assisting Clients: Help individuals understand their insurance coverages, guiding them to the right products and services through inbound calls

Customer Relationship Building: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, earning their trust and loyalty

Sales and Support: Answer policy-related questions, assist with applications for life/health coverage, and demonstrate sales skills to close deals

Independent Work: Be self-motivated to work independently, adhering to a consistent schedule with minimal supervision

Online Work: Perform all duties remotely, maintaining a professional attitude while engaging with clients online

Life & Health Insurance License

Required

Must be a U.S. resident who is legally authorized to work in the United States

Active Life & Health Insurance License: Must have a current Life & Health Insurance License in the state of residence. If not licensed, AIL can help you obtain both resident and non-resident licenses

Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients

Ability to navigate desktop systems and software

Must be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
