Responsibilities
Create monthly unit calendars.
Design and distribute monthly newsletters.
Provide consultant status updates monthly via email and mail.
Manage business emails to customers and consultants.
Create and send thank you notes for consultants’ orders.
Mail consultant’s prizes.
Send anniversary and birthday messages.
Compile and mail pamper packs for virtual facials.
Assist with outward communication via texting software and other applications.
Maintain and update customer social media pages.
Design collages and other content.
Prepare basic copy for social media posts.
Track unit and individual accomplishments.
Complete onboarding process for new consultants.
