Responsibilities

Provide remote administrative support for our Denver/Boulder (CO), Greenville/Spartanburg (SC) and Greensboro/Winston-Salem (NC) territories, assisting in day-to-day operations for both locations.

Communicate directly with customers via phone and email, providing professional, clear, and friendly support in English.

Update registration systems with new locations, classes, and customer details.

Manage and maintain staff schedules, ensuring smooth coordination and timely communication.

Maintain office calendar, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and tasks are tracked and completed on time.

Assist in communicating with community partners and customers to support the growth and success of Soccer Shots.

Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, including document management and other general office duties.

Required

Proficiency in English (both written and verbal), with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers over the phone and via email.

Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a remote work environment.

Positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for the Soccer Shots mission of building stronger youth beyond the game.

Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.).

Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and stay organized while working remotely.
