Responsibilities
Model and train staff in Positive Behavior Support methodology
Conduct behavioral assessments and provide behavior analytic interpretations
Provide direct behavioral treatment through various training and intervention methods
Participate in on-call rotation for behavioral issues and monitor restraint use
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address behavioral issues

Required
Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (certified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board)
Minimum of two years’ experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
Doctoral or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related discipline
Documented completion of 10 hours of annual training related to behavior supports
Ability to read, write, and effectively present information in small group settings
Preferred
Specialized training and/or experience in applied behavior principles
Experience in crisis management procedures
Familiarity with policies and procedures related to behavioral health care
