Responsibilities
Model and train staff in Positive Behavior Support methodology
Conduct behavioral assessments and provide behavior analytic interpretations
Provide direct behavioral treatment, including skills training and crisis de-escalation
Participate in on-call rotation for behavior issues and monitor challenging behavior
Contribute to relevant committees and ensure compliance with treatment needs

Required
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Minimum of two years’ experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
Doctoral or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related discipline
Documented completion of 10 hours of annual continuing education training related to behavior supports
Ability to effectively communicate and present information in various settings
Preferred
Specialized training in applied behavior principles and interventions
Experience with crisis management procedures
Familiarity with data entry and reporting consistent with organizational requirements
Ability to work independently with good judgment and attention to detail
