Responsibilities
Model and train staff in Positive Behavior Support methodology
Conduct behavioral assessments and provide analytic interpretations of results
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior treatment plans
Provide direct behavioral treatment to clients in various settings
Participate in interdisciplinary teams and relevant committees for behavioral issues

Required
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Minimum of two years’ experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
Doctoral or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline
Documented completion of 10 hours of annual training related to behavior supports
Ability to effectively communicate and present information to individuals and small groups
Preferred
Specialized training in applied behavior principles
Experience with crisis management procedures
Familiarity with data collection and behavior intervention strategies
Strong judgment and attention to detail in problem-solving situations
Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
