Responsibilities
Client Outreach: Call clients who have requested information about their benefits
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments to review benefits in detail
Virtual Reviews: Conduct benefit reviews with clients via Zoom
Enrollment Assistance: Facilitate the enrollment process for clients
Reporting: Complete a report card for each client after the benefits overview
