Responsibilities
Coordinate and operate the Virtual Care Program in a remote setting
Liaise with physicians, patients, and office staff to ensure smooth operations
Maintain and update office policies and procedures as needed
Prepare reports and statistics to assess program effectiveness
Organize training and onboarding documents for staff

Required
College degree in Healthcare Administration
Minimum of two years of medical office experience
At least one year of supervisory experience
Knowledge of current healthcare and billing trends
Ability to manage multiple electronic systems effectively
Preferred
Experience in oncology or hematology settings
Familiarity with compliance programs and ethical standards in healthcare
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to create and maintain efficient office systems
