Responsibilities
Coordinate and operate the Virtual Care Program in a remote environment
Liaise with physicians, patients, and office staff to ensure smooth operations
Create daily team coverage schedules and prepare necessary departmental materials
Maintain training and onboarding documents, ensuring they are organized and up to date
Support the preparation of reports and statistics to assess program effectiveness

Required
College degree in Healthcare Administration
Minimum of two years of medical office experience
At least one year of supervisory experience
Knowledge of current healthcare and billing trends and practices
Ability to efficiently navigate multiple electronic systems
Preferred
Experience in oncology or hematology clinic environments
Familiarity with compliance programs and healthcare regulations
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
