Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison for all client-related activities, ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams
Manage and review deliverables according to the client engagement plans, ensuring all timelines and objectives are met
Conduct financial reviews and coordinate tax planning and return meetings with internal experts
Resolve client issues promptly, ensuring top-tier customer service and satisfaction
Develop and maintain accurate client budgets and cash flow forecasts
Maintain strong, proactive relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction

Required
2+ years experience providing outsourced or fractional controller/cfo services
Strong foundation in accounting and tax, with a proven ability to provide actionable financial insights

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage both micro and macro aspects of client engagements
