Responsibilities
Review session details and requirements for the event
Conduct Planning Calls and Rehearsals with customers
Assist with attendee management and shared content management
Moderate/MC the Zoom Meeting or Webinar
Monitor meetings for quality and technical issues
Manage timeline and coordinate event logistics
Guide customers through Zoom Event, Webinar, and Meeting setup

Required
3+ years’ experience executing/managing webinars in a B2B and B2C environment including platform set up, speaker management, dry run management and event day management
Hands on experience as a technical producer or director
Expert in Zoom Webinar, Zoom Meeting, and/or Zoom Events
Effective project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly to clients in email and during conference calls.
Ability to take control of a call and direct presenters
Ability to build effective working relationships
Be outgoing, self-motivated with strong organizational skills
Comfortable using and learning computers, technology and software (aka “tech savvy”)
Have knowledge of standard office applications such as PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel and Google Suite / Google Drive
2nd monitor to connect to computer
Wired external microphone that produces clean, noise-free sound
Phone for dialing in to meetings
Hard-wire ethernet internet connection
Preferred
Experience with other Virtual Event Platforms, such as ON24, Notified, Bizzabo, Adobe Connect, WebEx, etc
