Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Use proven lead-generation techniques to connect with potential clients virtually
Persuasive Presentations: Deliver impactful virtual presentations, tailoring solutions to meet client needs
Pipeline Management: Keep organized and accurate records of client interactions to ensure smooth follow-ups
Closing Deals: Negotiate and finalize contracts to exceed sales goals
Relationship Building: Foster trust and build long-lasting relationships with clients, becoming their go-to advisor
Professional Growth: Participate in advanced training programs to accelerate your career in sales leadership
Mentor Success: Guide team members in mastering sales techniques, product knowledge, and client relationship strategies
Goal Achievement: Help team members set clear, achievable objectives and provide ongoing support
Lead Training Sessions: Deliver training workshops on customer service, handling objections, and closing strategies
Encourage & Support: Provide feedback, encouragement, and actionable advice to build team confidence and skills
Collaborate with Leaders: Work closely with management to identify team needs and implement strategies for success
Performance Monitoring: Track team progress and offer tailored guidance to help them excel

Required

Proven experience in sales, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

A self-motivated, results-driven mindset with resilience in fast-paced environments

Preferred

Previous experience in mentoring, coaching, or training sales teams is a plus
