Required

At least 7 years of recent experience handling IP litigation matters from start to finish including but not limited to drafting/propounding discovery, drafting and responding to motions and other pleadings, research, document reviews, etc.

Strong writing and organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Tech savvy and able to pick up new software quickly.

Availability to work during normal business hours and respond to client requests/inquiries within the same day.

Dependable, a self-starter, organized, and able to jump in right away to work on projects.

Ability to handle multiple projects and personalities at once.
