Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain large-scale FoIP solutions, in a multi-datacenter environment.

Configure and troubleshoot SBCs, to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.

Develop and maintain expertise in FoIP protocols, including G.711 and T.38 and any future evolutions.

Utilize SIP trace tools to troubleshoot and optimize active-active Fax-over-IP datacenter traffic over BGP.

Collaborate with cross-functional Engineering teams to ensure smooth integration of FoIP solutions with existing and future infrastructure, designing for hybrid multi-cloud, multi-region, large-scale capacity.

Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new FoIP technologies, including STIR/SHAKEN.

Develop and maintain technical documentation for FoIP solutions.

Participate in regulatory compliance (HITRUST/SOC2) evidencing for audits.
