Responsibilities
Collaborate with the CPO to define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with Wevise’s mission and the needs of nonprofit clients.
Mentor and guide product team members fostering a collaborative, mission-driven culture.
Work closely with nonprofit partners, engineers, designers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure products are intuitive, impactful, and user-centered.
Drive product development initiatives from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Develop and implement metrics to assess product success and impact, ensuring alignment with Wevise’s organizational goals.
Stay ahead of trends in nonprofit technology and champion solutions that can empower smaller organizations to thrive.

Required
A deep commitment to supporting nonprofit organizations and driving social impact.
5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within a mission-driven organization.
Proven ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
A knack for balancing long-term vision with tactical execution.
Comfort navigating the challenges of a resource-constrained, high-impact organization.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen, inspire, and align diverse stakeholders.
A willingness to dedicate your skills and time to a purpose greater than yourself.
