Responsibilities
Support the Journey Team : Participate in a dedicated team managing the shared inbox (Journey.Ikigai@CrowdDoing.World), ensuring timely, meaningful engagement with volunteers eager to make a difference.
Enhance Onboarding Experiences : Innovate and streamline the onboarding process, creating an inspiring journey that motivates volunteers to contribute their best to our global challenges.
Strategic HR Alignment : Collaborate with initiative leaders to integrate effective human resource practices, tailoring support to the unique needs of each interdisciplinary project.
Foster Interdisciplinary Collaboration : Connect volunteers across various initiatives, fostering a collaborative environment where ideas merge to solve complex societal problems.
Optimize Communication Processes : Implement solutions to improve efficiency and satisfaction in volunteer communications, ensuring everyone feels heard and valued.
Boost Volunteer Engagement : Develop strategies that increase volunteer retention and commitment, vital for the sustained impact of our initiatives.
Drive Training and Development : Identify growth opportunities and coordinate programs that enhance volunteer skills, contributing to both personal and project success.
Manage Data and Insights : Oversee tracking of volunteer engagement metrics to inform strategies and celebrate achievements.

Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related fields.
Proven leadership in people management, HR coordination, or team development.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR practices within diverse and global teams.
Innovative problem-solving and process improvement mindset.
Ability to inspire and engage volunteers from various backgrounds.

Experience in volunteer management or leadership roles.
Ability to work independently and remotely.

Knowledge of anti-poverty, mental health, sustainability, and service learning initiatives.
Commitment to creating positive social impact and driving change.
Preferred
Experience with interdisciplinary teams or volunteer organizations.
Experience in non-profit or social impact organizations is a plus.
