Responsibilities

Designing project teams for migration, adoption and sustainment

Analyzing current recruitment workflows and data structures in Jobvite.

Designing and implementing a comprehensive migration plan to move data from Jobvite to Lever.

Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand system requirements and optimize Lever for the organization's needs.

Ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process.

Providing effective change management communications

Developing and delivering training and documentation for end-users on Lever functionalities.

Providing post-migration support to troubleshoot any issues and ensure seamless adoption.
