Mentors will interview students on their self-assessments at school and on the job.

They will discuss their strengths and weaknesses and what they plan to do after graduating high school.

Mentors will share what requirements they had to accomplish for their particular job titles whether it was education or learning skills.

They will look at the student's strengths and weaknesses and give positive reinforcement on goals to achieve their career goals.
