Responsibilities
Strong partnership with agency leadership across functions
Ensures that customer, category, and cultural dynamics are effectively pulled through all agency projects
Navigate brands and teams through key strategic processes and projects across the brand and communications spectrum
Further the BGB promise of science & creativity through recommendations and deliverables
Serve as a resident “expert” for planning and developing strategy and communications
Lead the planning and execution of strategic client engagements

Strong analytic, communications and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead and collaborate effectively
Track-record of driving and inspiring sound strategy
Ability to make connections and help others to see clearly in complex situations
Seen as a leader within the agency
Model strong behaviors and skills for developing strategists
