Responsibilities
Lead the operational strategies for club and studio management, ensuring ABC’s solutions deliver superior performance for customers globally.
Oversee operational efficiency across regions, ensuring seamless and consistent processes that support growth and profitability.
Drive ongoing improvements to optimize the club management platform, enhancing the user experience and streamlining business operations for fitness operators.
Develop and execute a customer-centric strategy to enhance the experience for fitness club members and studio operators.
Collaborate closely with product development teams to ensure that the platform meets the evolving needs of both enterprise clients and boutique fitness studios.
Lead initiatives to gather customer feedback and integrate those insights into product innovations that drive increased engagement and retention.
Oversee CRM strategy in defining, developing, and executing the CRM product vision, driving the product roadmap, and ensuring its alignment with ABC’s overall business objectives.
Foster innovation in CRM systems to support fitness operators in improving lead conversion, member retention, and overall business success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive CRM product development that enhances the user experience, aligns with market demands, and increases product profitability.
Provide strategic oversight of CRM solutions, ensuring they are positioned as best-in-class and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Lead the development and execution of enterprise-level solutions, ensuring seamless integration and consistent user experiences for large-scale fitness operators across multiple locations.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise solutions that address customer needs while maintaining cost-efficiency and scalability.
Ensure product alignment with ABC’s platform capabilities, driving innovation and consistency across diverse client segments and geographical regions.
Champion a data-driven culture, utilizing insights to inform product development, operational improvements, and customer strategies.
Leverage data analytics to assess product performance, customer behavior, and operational success, using these insights to guide decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with data science teams to develop robust reporting mechanisms that provide real-time insights into operational metrics and customer engagement.
Provide visionary leadership to the teams responsible for club operations, member experience, CRM, and enterprise solutions.
Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and execution of strategic goals.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging experimentation and leveraging emerging technologies to enhance ABC’s product offerings.
Drive change and innovation across the organization by building cross-functional relationships and influencing at all levels, including executive leadership.
