Responsibilities
Lead technical product strategy for Digital Technology sales transformation products focusing on our capabilities and experiences, specifically to help ServiceNow drive scale towards $30B+ in revenue.
Work with internal Sales, Partner and Marketing operations and other cross functional teams to establish a long-term product strategy and roadmaps, informed by sales and business needs.
Lead technical product strategy and execution in partnership with digital technology and Sales business organization.
Work cross functionally to define a north star vision for our DT GTM products driving the strategy of delivery and execution.
Partner with Solution Architecture and Engineering leaders to influence end-state architecture and drive secure, resilient, performant and scalable technology solutions that solve customer and business problems.
Focus on enhancements to drive sales productivity and deal velocity.
Drive large cross-functional investments that require balancing risks and achieving aggressive deadlines.
Provide critical insights and up-to-date status to our executive team (including our CTO and CDIO) so they can make informed decisions on program prioritization and resource allocations.
Lead, support and grow an org consisting of Product Managers and Product leaders. Provide direction to employees so they can deliver business outcomes and achieve their career growth objectives.
Communicate product priorities and build consensus.
Assume leadership responsibilities as an accountable owner who is committed to the outcome regardless of the role or organizational boundaries.
Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
Communicate complex problems into easily understood requirements and provide solutions.
Ability to thrive in a rapid growth, fast-paced environment.

Required
15+ years of experience that includes people and technical program management in a large-scale enterprise organization.
Extensive GTM product background with proven track record of building, delivering, evolving and transforming GTM/Sales products in partnership with business stakeholders, solution architecture and engineering teams.
Strong technical product delivery background in GTM/Sales products such as CRM, CPQ, CLM, EMS products.
Extensive experience in Human Centered Design and Agile methodology.
Strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in driving cross functional product partnerships.
A track record of creating, fostering and maturing a positive and trust team environment.
Product Management experience and/or Corporate development in SaaS companies.
Deep Knowledge of Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Partner & Customer life cycle.
Fanatical about user experience design, customer success and tenacious at driving long-term customer value.
Highly data-driven with commitment to drive customer engagement towards business outcome and value realization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to chair sessions and host webinars.
History of managing highly engaged, successful teams.
Ability to thrive in a rapid growth, fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills at all levels of an organization and across all functions.
Preferred
Bachelor’s in a related field/master’s preferred.
