Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies for new business development, including identifying and pursuing opportunities in both existing and untapped markets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to drive the development of innovative sales strategies.
Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline by working closely with the sales team to identify and qualify potential leads.
Implement effective sales processes and pipeline management strategies to ensure consistent revenue growth
Identify, evaluate, and establish new channels to market, ensuring maximum market coverage and profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners and integrators.
Form strategic partnerships with leading vendors and technology providers.
Achieve targeted sales revenue while controlling sales expenses.
Plan and lead sales meetings with prospective clients.
Monitor key metrics, performance indicators, and progress regarding sales projects, and report accordingly.
Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic goals and initiatives.
Obtain continuous client feedback and translate client input into workable solutions.
Partner with peers, clients, and key stakeholders to ensure continued success.
Execute against defined projects and report on their progress.

Required
Bachelor's in a business-related field
12+ years' experience in a senior sales position
6+ years' experience in selling SAP services and licenses, SaaS, or adjacent technology
Familiarity with CRM such as Salesforce or Hubspot
Analytical and data-driven mindset for sales strategy development
In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and methods
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to adapt to evolving market dynamics and customer needs
Strong ownership bias
Deadline and detail-oriented
