Responsibilities

Partner with the Marketing and growth market team to define total addressable market (TAM) and develop solution for go to market (G2M)
Identify beta customers for new product onboarding, solicit feedback, and further refine / define product for broad based carrier consumption.
Develop pricing model in conjunction with product and marketing that delivers value and highest economic impact to One Inc through a value-based pricing model.
Identify additional opportunities for penetration at carriers and to reduce operational overhead.
Lead go-to-market efforts for growth markets commercial business, including:
Identification of additional prospects and lead sales related efforts to board them as payees on the One Inc solution set.
Targeting and identification of non-One Inc customer carriers and sales related efforts to onboard to One Inc new distribution methods, expanding One Inc network
Overlaying with Account Management and One Inc Sales Directors to cross-sell current One Inc customers
Key Deliverables:
Commercial launch of emerging market solution with at least two integrated One Inc PremiumPay customers and two net new One Inc stand-alone customers.
Development of new pricing model for emerging market.
Quota for revenue attainment
Responsible for managing and growing territory, maximizing short term revenue, building future sales pipeline through demonstrated account and territory planning.
Provide account leadership and direction in the pre- and post-sales process.

Required

BA or BS Degree
10+ years professional sales experience, preferably software experience
Record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and building new markets and territories.
Experience growing nascent businesses within established organizations.
Commercially focused
Ability to liaise between internal products and identify early adopters for beta program, product feedback, and development.
Experience in overlay sales capability to partner with Account Management / Sales Directors within current install base.
Ability to prospect and lead sales engagements, articulating business benefits to rapidly board customers.
Technical acumen to understand integration with client core systems and guide clients through technical integration workshops to lead.
Experience defining value-based pricing and negotiating contracts.
Ability to motivate internal teams driving towards success of new product development.
Quantifiable sales record demonstrated by increasing responsibilities, growth in territory and quota.
Must have established relationships and ability to network accordingly to generate new interest in target territory for product offerings.
Strong business acumen and professionalism
Thrive in a competitive, ever-changing entrepreneurial environment.
Record of meeting (and exceeding) sales quotas
Excellent negotiation, presentation and closing skills.
Must be willing to travel 50% of the time.
