Responsibilities

Drive Product-Led Growth Initiatives: Lead the company’s product-led growth strategy and execution. Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration between product, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
Optimize the Free Trial to Win process. Analyze the end-to-end process from Free Trials to Win conversion, identify opportunities for improvement, and then work with the respective function to execute.
Formulate, test and optimize pricing and packaging strategies that drive in product conversion.
Work closely with the product, UX and engineering teams to identify and prioritize features that will drive customer acquisition, activation and conversion in product.
Build and Manage our Partnership Ecosystem: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key industry players, technology partners, and complementary service providers to create a robust ecosystem that drives mutual growth and market expansion.
Manage the revenue associated with our partners, developing revenue targets, managing pipeline, and forecasting in collaboration with sales leadership.
Provide a framework and direction when designing partnership plans, joint roadmaps and commercial agreements with our Alliances partners.
Own the creation, evolution and communication of our alliances and product partnership strategy, aligned with our mission, business goals, and customer needs.
Develop joint value propositions with partners. Create a unique story with each partner that tells the value of Therapy Brands with that partner and use it to drive thought leadership.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing teams, product development, sales, and finance teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and overall business objectives, driving cohesion and shared success.
Champion Innovation and Emerging Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovations in marketing, identifying new opportunities for growth and ensuring the company remains competitive in a rapidly evolving market.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
10+ years in growth marketing, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role
Proven track record of driving product-led growth and managing strategic partnerships
Ability to mentor talent and foster a results-driven culture
Expertise in developing data-driven business plans
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners
Deep understanding of mental health industry
Experience working in a B2B SaaS company required

Preferred

MBA preferred
Previous experience working in partnerships or business development roles is highly desired
Website Technology and/or Digital Marketing experience a plus
