Responsibilities
Lead a team of 2-3 Alliances Managers
Manage the overall Partner strategy across Clouds, Technology, Services and Channel
Continually increase the number of “Tackle Fans” in our partners that are recommending Tackle to their ISV ecosystem
Build strong relationships for product roadmap alignment leading to increased customer value
Drive strong and predictable QoQ demand generation across our partner ecosystem fueling growth
Work collaboratively with Tackle’s go-to-market leadership to ensure we are aligned with our partner’s priorities and those of its ISV ecosystem
Strategize with the Tackle Marketing organization to build and execute Partner co-marketing campaigns, events, webinars

Required
At least 10 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, and channel sales
At least 5 years of experience as a Partner and Alliances leader
Experience building creating strategy, building teams, and managing execution of strategic plans
Deep experience building and operating in hyperscale cloud ecosystems, technical alliances, strategic services and channel partners
Proven leader that can work cross-functionally with all internal key stakeholders
Passionate about transforming the way ISVs sell in a Cloud world
Experience working remotely or working with remote team members
Comfortable operating in a fast moving startup environment
